Full disclosure, we are currently seeking an “Amusement Hall” specialty liquor license in the Idaho legislature. If this bill passes, it would go into effect 7.1.24. We would apply and receive this license. That would negate the need for a liquor license to be purchased on the open market, however the perks would remain the same for the potential investors. We will use the funds we accumulate, as a general fund for our efforts in overturning the quota system as well as changing other laws associated with the service industry.
